Nutritional Workshop for Seniors
Supporting Senior Wellness Through Nutrition
At Family Life Project, we are committed to supporting wellness across all stages of life. As part of our continued efforts through the Healthy Families Initiative, we are offering a Nutritional Workshop for Seniors at the Claymont Community Center.
This workshop is designed to provide seniors with simple, practical information on nutrition and healthy living in a supportive environment.
Supporting Senior Wellness
Nutrition plays an important role in maintaining energy, health, and overall well-being. As we age, having access to the right information and support can make a meaningful difference in daily life.
This session will focus on sharing easy-to-understand guidance that seniors can apply to support their health and wellness.
Workshop Details
The session will be led by Ella McDonald and will run for 30 minutes.

Looking Ahead
Family Life Project continues to create opportunities for individuals and families to access resources that support their well-being. This workshop is one of the many ways we are working to stay connected with the community and provide meaningful support.
We look forward to connecting with seniors at the Claymont Community Center.
